Extreme Productions was founded in 1997 in Jordan by a highly motivated group of professionals set to drive change and elevate the event industry in the Middle East region, stretching it to its extreme limits.
The company started with small operations and quickly grew into a world-class, regionally recognized event production solution, harnessing the power of its expanding network of industry specialists and experts and investing in advanced and futuristic audiovisual technologies and equipment to deliver memorable experiences that last.

Founder & Managing Director
Shadi Said founded Extreme Productions in 1997 to redefine event production in the Middle East through bold vision and uncompromising quality. With a background in finance and strategic planning, he has grown the company from Jordan to a regionally recognized powerhouse, delivering world-class corporate, cultural, and government events. Shadi holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Jordan.

Vincenzo Testa

Partner & Technical Director
Vincenzo Testa, Partner and Technical Director, drives the technical strategy and operational excellence at Extreme Productions. With deep experience in audio, video, and large-scale technical production, he leads teams to deliver immersive events and integrates emerging technologies to maintain the company’s reputation for innovation and reliability across the Middle East.

Nader Said

Partner & Chief Financial Officer
Nader Said brings expertise in corporate finance, risk management, and investment analysis as CFO and partner at Extreme Productions. Holding an MSc in Risk Management and a CISI qualification, he leads financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting, enabling the company to invest confidently in cutting-edge technologies while supporting sustainable growth and world-class event delivery.

Samer Said

With nearly three decades of experience in the industry, Samer stands as one of the foundational forces behind Extreme Productions. As the originator of the company’s earliest concept, his passion for entertainment and production helped shape the vision that would later grow into a regional leader. Today, Samer manages Extreme Productions’ Jordan office, bringing a rare combination of hands-on expertise, strong people skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
